While Rogers HR Consulting can be of value to any size organization, a great lead for us are those companies that have no designated human resource role, only one person handling HR duties, or a company that has reorganized and phased out their internal HR function. A great lead for us is any new or newly managed organization or one with employment related problems.

RHRC only accepts resumes from experienced Human Resource (HR) professionals who want to work on a contractual basis or would like us to know of your current job hunting status in case we have a client who might be looking for qualified HR applicants. RHRC does NOT hire permanent part-time or full-time consultants. All projects are based on contractual needs of our clients.

Applications will be reviewed for current projects only as they are received. If openings do not currently exist or your qualifications do not currently match an open contract at RHRC or one of their clients then you will not hear from  us. Otherwise, if there is a match we will be contacting you at our convenience to further discuss possible matches.
